All prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change without notice; the price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time you complete checkout.

Products are subject to availability. Where an item you have ordered is out of stock or was mispriced due to a typographical or system error, we may cancel that item or the order, notify you, and issue a full refund for any amount already paid for it. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product purchased per customer or per order.

Placing an order is an offer by you to purchase the selected products, which we may accept or decline at our discretion — for example, where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or an order is flagged for suspected fraud. A contract of sale is formed only once we confirm your order and have received payment in full.

Payments are processed securely by Paystack; we do not receive or store your full card details. You represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. If a payment is later reversed, charged back, or disputed without a valid basis, we may suspend your account and pursue recovery of the amount owed, including associated costs.

All content on this site — including the Abaya Lagos name and logo, product designs, photography, text, graphics, and site layout — is owned by or licensed to Abaya Lagos and is protected by Nigerian and international intellectual property law. You may view, download, and print pages of the site for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the site or its content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Any trademarks, logos, or brand names of third parties referenced on the site remain the property of their respective owners.

These Terms are governed by, and to be construed in accordance with, the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
