We're sorry! Email admin@abayalagos.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and its fault. Once verified, we'll repair, replace, or fully refund the item — including any shipping you paid — at no extra cost to you.

No. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve stock — it remains available to other shoppers until you complete payment. For high-demand pieces, we recommend checking out promptly to avoid missing out.

We ship across Nigeria as well as internationally, including the rest of Africa and further afield. Shipping cost and estimated delivery time are calculated at checkout based on your address.
